RE:   One copy of Writ of Summons to be served on GKOUMAS ARISTEIDIS

Legal Basis:
Paragraph 1 of Article 59, Article 60, and Article 62 of the Code of Criminal Procedures and Paragraph 1 of Article 151 of the Code of Civil Procedures.

Items Announced:

This announcement is related to a case of offense against Sexual Harassment Prevention Act by GKOUMAS ARISTEIDIS, Case No.: 111-Nian-Du-Shen-Yi-Zi No. 527. 
The Writ of Summons is issued to summon the person summoned to appear in the 2nd Trial Courtroom of this Court at 2:25 p.m. on March 28, 2023 for preliminary proceedings, and the person summoned should appear on time.
The litigation documents to be served are currently in the custody of the Court’s clerk, and the person summoned may come to collect it at any time.
This Announcement shall take effect in 30 days from the date of announcement.
